My heart breaks for you. What a tragedy. I am so sorry you have to go through this!
Don't feel guilty about thinking about getting another puppy. If it will help you heal, then go for it. I lost my dog last July and got my next puppy two months later. I still hurt over my first puppy, but I think I would be in a much worse place if it weren't for getting another puppy. Everyone is different, though. Just do what is right for you. I hope your fiance understands that you need time to grieve right now. |
