Any tips/ideas on where to start with potty training? I would like her to potty outside and to ring a bell hanging on the door to let us know she needs to go out, but would also like to pee pad train her so that when she's older and has free roam she can use the pad if we are not home.

Also when should I start working on the sit, down, stay commands?

This is not my first puppy but I want to train her right. Thanks for all your help!
Couldn't you tell the breeder that you will take the mom and the babies and take care of them while they are gone? This way the babies can stay with the mom till they are at least 12 weeks, and you will have your baby at the same time.
