Thanks for all the sweet comments! I got a Pillow Pets pee-wee for her to lay her head on while I do her top knot and she is catching on really well. I velcro the pillow pet together and she sits and puts her head on it. I keep treats nearby to treat her for this behavior. How I got her to stop trying to remove the bow was with lots of play and distraction while she was wearing the bow. Eventually, she just didn't even know she had it in.
