She's not a big eater to begin with and sometimes I have to hand feed to get her to eat. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best way to do a food change. Do you do it cold turkey, mix together? What's the best way to transition them over to a new food - I don't want to upset her little system.
Always do it gradually reducing the RC a little at a time, whilst increasing the Innova. A week should do it.

I also use the Innova puppy food for training him and he'll do anything to have it . . . .
