At first I am sorry for your loss. Secondly I think a little yorkie is exactly what you need! Don't give up on it!!! You can check local Yorkie rescues or find a breeder in your area that is expecting a litter soon. I often felt the way you feel at this point before I got Kaos.
When I got home from the Army 2 yrs ago my stepfather killed himself and it hit me hard. I delveloped PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and just gave up on being happy. I ended up walking into a pet store that sold A LOT of yorkies and went straight to my little man. I often think he was meant to be. He's the light of my life and he turned everything around for me.
