I am so very sorry about the loss of your lovely little Lola. I know she loved you and was so happy to have a loving home. Do not feel guilty or punish yourself with doubt, she probably had a silent heart condition, that no one could fix. I honestly believe that these precious Yorkies are given to us and their time with us is meant to be. Sweet little Lola's time with you was the happiest time in her life.
