While Tibbe doesn't do it, both my Scotty and Jilly used to give a version of a Yorkie hug. Each would stretch his tiny body across my neck and curve their head around up next to my face and stay that way for a good bit, something of a Yorkie-full-body hug, I guess. I know I certainly felt hugged when they were done! It was very sweet.
