Awwwww she is so cute. I think training can start right away. Patience and consistence is your best friend. I would take her out very often. When she does her duty praise praise and maybe a little treat. Same with the sit and lay down. Just don't do it to long they do better if you try go away from it and then try again. The bell I would just ring ever time you take her out. Soon she will get bell rings door opens. Good luck. One thing make sure she is eating and drinking most important thing when coming home..
