I don't like it cooked. Most times the bigger the marlin it is the tougher it is. Smoked is best or certain cuts of the fish is great in poke. My hubby made poke with white sweet onions, green onions, inamona(kukui nut), sesame oil, mirin, and soy sauce. I love limu(seaweed) but we didn't have any on hand.

The taste is mild. The meat is on the white side. I don't know how long this one took for him to real in...I wasn't paying attention. roflmao

I know...bad wife...he is an avid fisherman so the stories all sound the same to me. LOL
