I've noticed that as well... I had to ask one YTCA breeder we were looking at before we got Louie if she was open to it and she did at her charge which I thought was nice. It came back a little high so we declined that pup. I asked Louie's breeder if she was open to it and she was a little hesitant because of the "stress" factor but it came back fine. Didn't bother me I had to pay extra for it since it gave me peace of mind. I'll always have a BAT done now if I get another yorkie.
