Definitely check with your vet as well as to what types of food to serve and how to prepare if you decide to go to "non-pet" food. Google and the vet are my best friends when it comes to feeding Romeo. This past summer I introduced him to burgers and steaks -- prepared at home of course and without seasonings. He will eat something for a couple weeks and after that turn up nose and walk away. I find myself "experimenting" in the kitchen when it comes to Romeo
