Am I the only one who doesn't use conditioner on my yorkie?

I see so many posts about using conditioner on their yorkies, but when I've tried, it makes Bailey super greasy. Like super greasy 2 days after his bath. And that's making sure I've rinsed him VERY well, so I know it's not residue. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, how'd you fix it? What if you don't use conditioner? Does it affect their coats?
