Geeze that's HORRIBLE

I just had to find out what their "complete comfort warranty"

was and it was laughable. I'm sure a ton of people fall for it though hence why they're still in business... makes me SO angry

and on top of that getting an EMERGENCY vet visit pre-approved?! Poor babies...
