Correction: it visuall appears to be a purebred Tri-colored Yorkie...

It's a Tri-colored Yorkie.
Either a Parti Yorkie or a Biewer a la pom pon, obviously not a standard/traditional colored Yorkies. Definitely not a Golden (which happens) or a Blue for that matter (which is mostly sad read the blue born thread).
They are one in the same...Yorkies
