Preemie onesies might be too big for the op's pup. My 7-8lb baby wears preemies sizes. I do agree with starting with something simple. A tiny tee, with sleeves, or some tiny jammies. Others might not agree, but don't spend large amounts on custom items for her. She has A LOT of growing to do, and will quickly outgrow her cute outfits. I didn't get Kaji anything custom made until 18 months and he still outgrew them.
