I started putting Riley in tshirts as soon as I brought him home. He never seemed to mind.... I know some of my friends' dogs just Hate clothes so they don't put them in them....
Perhaps after putting something on her you can distract her with the Hide-A-Squirrel.... I know that is Riley's favorite and would more than likely distract him if he was pulling and tugging at his clothes.
