I was going to suggest the same thing...simple and plain little t-shirts. If you can sew at all...preemie onsies would be a cheap alternative. If you have any consignment shops or goodwill around you can usually find them there. Just cut the bottom off and hem. There is a thread in the fashion forum about altering onsies for making cute shirts and pj's. The more Katie Scarlett wears clothing the more she will get used to it. Bogie used to hate clothes and now he loves his t-shirts. He still hates anything with legs, but he loves his shirts.
