I starting putting clothes on Callie as soon as I got her and they never seemed to bother her and she loves them now and almost freezes with out them unless its outside in summer. Have you tried putting it on and distracting with her kong or a toy? About the treats have you tried old mother hubbard puppy treats? I got Callie those when she was a puppy and would not eat any treats. Also have you tried regular cheerios?
