[Mignon's Mom]

I was just washing my Mignon's face and she had something sticky on the left side of her nose just above the lip. Thought it might be some Nutracal I gave her last nite so wiped it and it was dried blood! There is a sore that is now "open" but not bleeding about the size of one of the "smiles" over to the right of this box. She is acting fine and didn't yelp at all if she hurt herself playing (she wasn't alone anytime yesterday or this morning). Called the vet and am taking her in this afternoon. Any ideas what she could have done???
