You can click to the right of the post and select the choice at the bottom from the pull-down menu and ignore ALL of whatever game it is. That works for people too. I had one farmville friend that was on there all day and her posts were really out of hand. I wanted to keep her as a friend so I just selected the item that says to post only important messages.
