So just to let everyone know, Aiko went to the vet on Saturday. The knot is his other testicle and I will have to have him neutered. So much better than what I feared though.
I will be having the surgery as soon as I can get a few vacation days to stay home and keep an eye on him. I'm worried about the sedation, but I think all in all things will be okay.
