If eh doesn't work say no and walk away so she can not bite or be naughty. This will help so much when she gets older. If she has this much energy I would start trying to use fun games like hide and seek. For a toy or a treat. Not hard finds she will lose interest but just easy ones. Keeping her mind busy will help with all the energy. She is just being a puppy but I would start doing simple things like the sit command lay down. Use the energy for learning. And above all be very consistent on whatever you start. They do best with consistence.
