I agree totally!! My friend has a yorkie and she was trained to go on carpet type throw rugs opposed to throw away pads. Diana has hard wood floors with a few throw rugs here and there. Lulu will go outside and potty and run straight in the door and pee on any throw rug she sees. She's 5 years old and never forgot that she was trained on those throws!
