I would be VERY patient because some are very STUBBORN

I have 2 yorkies,Jess is a year old and perfect it the potty area,but Lady is 17 months old and drives me crazy..lol.She will NOT use her pads at all

If you find a solution,please share

I have tried everything humanely possible and a year later we are still cleaning poops and pees.
