Thanks everyone! It's been a tough time this year dealing with feeling like a failure with Buddy. But as each hour passes with Bailey, we can see such a difference between the two. Bailey is so passive and loving. He actually prefers my wife but will hop on my lap when he wants a little rough housing. Or sometimes he'll hop up and just go right to sleep.

He has a favorite toy that's a duck. He'll spend alot of time just chewing or he'll bring it to me and we'll play fetch. He's really good at it too!

The 1st night went by fine. He slept with us and it was ok. Saturday morning we decided to take him to our vet. We got some good news and some not so good news. But hopefully nothing that can't be resolved with some time and care. Bailey has the demodectic mange on the top of his head. The doctor assured us it wasn't contagious. He gave us some topical ointment and I've put it on him 2 days now. I've done some reading and it appears he should be fine in a few days to a week. Everything else turned out great. Hi age was detemined to be 7 - 8 months old. He's a good little boy!

The previous owner shaved his face, but that too with time will grow back. As for being a full blooded yorkie, the doctor thought so, but didn't know for sure. I'll post some pictures soon.

I've written a small novel here, but I wanted to update where we are on Bailey. We're so excited to have this little boy in our lives.
