Your old guy is probably not up to a real fight. Peeing is his way of saying, this is mine. Although some trainers disagree with me, I think it is ok to point to the pee and gently scold the older dog. Shake your head and look sad, say NO, NO. I am NOT saying to rub his nose in the pee or ever hit him. Just let him see what he did make you sad, and you know he did it, not the puppy.
