Oh, I was raised that a good breeder is responsible for their puppies from when the breeding is planned until death. Isn't that why so many have clauses in their contracts about always taking them back? I'm so sorry, again I do not mean to detract from this thread. I just had never heard of an actual breeder dumping their animals off on a rescue. It does sound like the OP plans on finding pretty Marley the right home for her.
