Oh, I did not mean that you should not because he is not a yorkie. I don't care what breed of pup he is. I was merely commenting is all. And, yes he could be a yorkie mix as Joann said.
I am glad you are going to persist...there is no way any pup should be tied up outside.
My concern for you or anyone going there is IF this is a true story...you never know what someone might be up to....trying to tug at peoples' heartstrings...and then the people go there and get jumped and robbed or even killed.
