Nope, he's not a pit bull she had had him registered, licensed, neutered and DNA tested all before any of this happened in the years before. Everything to be a responsible owner. Didn't do a bit of good, shameful.
I have read that story, I think I have read them all and it does just tear your heart out doesn't it.
Owning a breed like the Yorkie means these laws will probably never affect me BUT it doesn't make it hurt any less knowing how these dogs are treated and suffer for the stupidity of humans.
