I know in the states we have the same thing going on in a lot of places. It is so sad. It's the humans that have done this to these dogs and the innocent ones pay for it while ones that have already attacked and been proven to be aggressive are returned to their irresponsible owners, why? How anyone can look into the eyes of a scared dog and think it's ok to treat them as Lennox has been treated is beyond reason. Dogs are capable of more love and loyalty than most humans can even imagine and to make matters worse when taking a dog from it's family and making it live the life that they have to endure on doggy death row while all the while they have no understanding of why they are there and all they want is to continue pleasing the humans they come in contact with is just deplorable and one of humans biggest failures.
