Well maybe you can get those treats now. How about homemade liver treats? or roast chicken slices?
Get there at least 15-20 min early. Walk her a bit. Do some basic obedience with her, it will remind her and calm both of you. Just easy stuff, like sit, or heel, or down. It sets the stage for her that this is a "work time" and not playtime.
