I deleted the address and phone number but I just could not believe this. That poor baby tied outside to a building in this cold weather. I am going to try and go and get him tomorrow. I sent a e=mail to YTNR to see what I should do. I am worried sick about this baby | OMG, WTH is wrong people these day's. I just want to go and tie this person up. Oh my I hope someone can get this poor baby.
