ONLY use food grade (ORGANIC) DE!

DE can also be used in a chemically processed form which changes it's chemical composition (this is mainly & widely used in pool filtration system) THIS DE WILL KILL YOU, YOUR, DOG ETC ETC.
NEVER USE POOL FILTER INDUSTRIAL DE.
