I was having a bad day when I met Candy and Martin. When my feet hit the fake snow, I was thinking, "What the heck is going on here?" Then I saw all of the equipment and trailers. Candy really lifted my spirits. He seemed like a genuinely nice person, and that is what I read about him after his death. Martin was sort of cooler, but he was working and sort of acting like the character in the movie, but he was cordial.
Madonna was ridiculous. I had been warned that she worked out on campus, as did many celebs. Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, and Charlie Sheen were often there to cruise college girls, lol. The first time I saw Madonna, I wasn't sure it was her. She started talking really loud and yelling sarcastically at her trainer. After hearing her voice, I knew. I got the impression that she wanted people to pay attention to her. What a shocker.
We should start a thread about who we would like to meet.
The Captain would be first with Johnny!! When I recently heard there was a video of JD falling down or being knocked down by a fan, I thought it was Priscilla finally meeting the man.
