I tip (shave) the top 1/3 of my girls ears, but I do not pull hair from inside. They allow me to trim their faces and inside their ears with rounded tip scissors, so I keep them neat that way...
I also wipe the inside of their ears with coconut oil (not IN the ear canal
) bc it's moisturising, treats skin infections, and has been reported to kill ear mites (we don't have mites, but it's good to know
)
