I am not experienced in chihuahuas and all breeds have thier specific breeding quirks. Than being said, ties are ties if you had 3 successful ties then more than likely your female should be pregnant. I wouldnt think a 4th tie is needed. Sperm lasts up to 72 hours and the "wet stuff" you mentioned is just merely the left overs
