I need to get some clippers and start trimming her nails a wee bit. I'm going to get the vet to show me how to do it tomorrow at her appointment. Also, it's not a trimmer, but I use a ladies electric shaver on my legs. I had it out yesterday and she came over to investigate. I thought the sound of it sounded exactly like the sound of clippers so I let her sniff the opposite end of it and check it out. I'm going to do that often to get her used to the noise. I'm terrified of nail clipping, but I know I can do it. I just need someone to show me how first.
We are going to try our first top knot this weekend I think. I hope it goes well.
