I have used Nature's Miracle and was quite pleased with it, when Sprocket first came to live with us we had a few
issues but the natures miracle and the carpet cleaner fixed them. Now I never used a cleaning solution in the carpet cleaner, just hot water, and "steamed" it and then opened the doors and set a fan on the carpet to dry, no smell, at least to me and I'm kinda picky. I still use the carpet cleaner about every two or three months, just because, but still only water, the water perks up the threads in the carpet. But then another dog will smell it, no matter what, just so long as your realtor doesn't and you get your money back. Air dry might work, but if they know you have dog it will always smell it some people
