That little guy has a savior and he doesn't even know it. Thank you for getting him food and water and caring for a little one in desperate trouble. If I were there I would give you the biggest hug in the whole world. You are an angel and I am pulling for you to save this poor little dog. In some way, I believe you will help him eventually - even if they won't let him go at first. Once the police see his condition, they will get a talking to and either do better or you will have the police on the phone again and so on. Oh, I pray things work out for a real life for this little baby. Thank you again so much! Words can't say how much I applaud your actions!!!!
