Thank you all for your thoughtful replies... I agree with the shock collar for my sister... maybe then she might just see how the dogs feel...
This will really make your days... A few weeks ago Nicky got out and I freaked out she said... "Oh calm down, Nicky is just a dog not a child" I was royally ticked when she said that.. my dogs ARE and always will be my children!! It just royally ticks me off to no end when she says that. Oh well hes just a dog then lets not go outside and look for him at all then, hes disposable right..
WRONG!!!! I can't have kids so my dogs rapidly filled that void and to tell me not to panic is like telling me not to panic over a lost kid! I am going to snap someday and tell her off and it wont be pretty either!!
