My sister wants me to get shock collers for my dogs...

Nicky 8 pounds and Rocky 13 pounds he is a shih-tzu I refuse to do it, one Nicky and ALL yorkie's have delicate necks and you have to put those things on tightly!! and 2 I LOVE my dogs and PAY attention to them and they aren't out all day long like hers are... it just ticks me off am I right to think that way, or am I all alone in how I think?
