Teresa is giving you good advice. Reading up on training methods is important. I know a lot of new ideas are out there and while I don't agree with all of them I do agree that proper training is of the utmost importance.
I think Yorkies tend to be very fearless for the most part. In particular they tend not to be afraid of other dogs. Your older dogs should be introduced to the puppy. Watch their reaction. They will tell you just how much of this young one they want to endure.
Your young one is going to have a lot more energy than the older ones and may require more exercise to run off the energy. I've found that I get a lot more exercise since having Gracie. My Shih Tzu was 15 when he passed on so I was not used to such a high energy level. I am not familiar with the book Teresa spoke of but I know she is good at training smaller dogs and smaller dogs tend to have a set of issues all there own in some cases.
