I am so sorry you are going through this. That poor baby! There has to be a Vet that will listen to you and figure out why your little one is doing this.
I assume it could be an allergy or possibly a skin irritation....maybe you could try to eliminate some things and see if it helps. Does she sleep on a blanket or have special toys that she holds in her mouth, do you wash them with a specific detergent or fabric softener?
Is there anywhere else on her body that she scratches?
I am sorry I really don't know what to do to help you but I am sure there will be others that could help you more just give it some time and they will respond when they are on possibly later today.
I sure hope you figure out what is going on and I hope she gets some relief SOON!!
