This is only my personal opinion!
Firstly, I would bath her every 7-10 days - I see you're in the UK, I wonder if you've tried Groomers Lavender + Mint? It works, it leaves their hair beautifully soft and tangle-free, and it smells divine. Plus that all lasts a while.
Also, the food that you're feeding her might possibly be contributing to her smell? Harry used to have chicken liver occasionally - but I know I could smell it the next day or 2 - not on his breath, but sort of from his skin. I couldn't make out where it was coming from, until it dawned on me...
I also give him cooled, boiled water to drink (UK water from the tap is usually so hard) and that's made a difference, too.
