My sister has a beautiful white Persian cat who has eye boogies all the time. She start using a product for kids called Boogie Wipes made with normal saline (there are several different kinds) and gave me a package. I love them for cleaning their eyes and they don't seem to mind. They are made especially for kids with runny noses.
