| Could be....
You should see a vet if you are worried. It could be worms still, or be a hair that digested and is itchy, or a sunflower seed that caused a hemorriod... Is she on raw food? Could be a piece of bone. You could look through her stool to see if anything like that has come out. You should also wash and comb the area to make sure its not a hidden burr or something external bothering her.
Is there a fishy smell to her bum? If there is any gland leakage it should smell a little fishy. If you still think its her glands, try pulling her tail straight up in the air, and feel around her anus. Anal glands are under the anus at 4-5:00 and 7-8:00 o'clock, and often feel a little hard or full like a balloon when they need to be expressed. Puppies are quite difficult to do on your own, but if you do want to try, you could try slowly pushing up on the glands towards the anus on the sacs, but if she looks uncomfortable or in pain you should definitely get a vet to do it because they could be abscessed or blocked.

I hope one of these suggestions help you!
