Well the vet visit went pretty well. I decided to use a new vet that just came to town, they have a state of the art clinic, boarding facility and grooming. I'm so glad I did!
First of all, the teeth Chloe is losing is normal...it's actually teeth that were lost and now new ones coming in.
Second thing I consulted about was spay since she's 6 months old....The vet said there is NO WAY she's 6 months old!! LOL.....I said...ummmm.....well.....I was told she was 12 weeks when I picked her up.....
He says because of her teeth....the front ones just now falling out...that's something that happens at 4 months...and the 4 side ones come out at 6 months....based on that....he rules out that she's 6 months......????
So aggravated with all the lies I got in the first place from this breeder anyway, this is just icing on the cake. Thank God Chloe has been nothing but healthy this far!
We made an appointment to have her spayed Dec 2, he said she'll do well by then. I got to tour the whole facility and they showed me the new laser surgery that they do to spay and how there's very little bleeding and down time.
I'm really glad I went there....but most of all happy she doesn't have teeth issues at this time! Thanks to all who helped me!! Everyone here is nothing but a loving and caring bunch of people!!!! |
