Hi welcome to Yorkietalk! Joey eats RC and is doing really well on it. He’s been on it 5 plus years, and he never has diarrhea, vomiting, gas or excessive tearing, his teeth and coat look great. It’s specifically made for a Yorkies needs and that’s not a bad thing. Another great thing is the size of the kibble, it’s a perfect, and he chews it, instead of swallowing whole. Larger kibble is often swallowed whole, which can lead to tummy upsets. He likes it so much, I use it for training. I kind of believe it's not what you feed them, it's what you don't feed them! Avoid human processed foods like the plague. So many people pick an excellent dog food and then give them human processed food. I do also give Joey veggies and some fruits.
