Without seeing them my guess would these are either baby teeth that are being worn away in preparation for the adult teeth...or, the adult teeth just starting to come in. You may want to just call your vet and ask though.

My foster boy Jack, has 2 sets of front lower teeth now. He gets neutered next week and will have the extras removed. All of his other baby teeth came out on their own, I actually found several of them....and they were kind of worn down looking. That's what made me think Chloe's are baby teeth?
