My Tibbs too broke his leg and it sucked ...He did act wired with his leg to. The first few weeks his leg would quiver and shake and go crazy .... but after he got use to it he stopped. Until after he got the splint off lol then crazy again for 2 weeks....its all about getting use to it he is fine now . We spent 6 weeks in a splint and crate
Its harder on you than in is on them lots of loves and holding but don't let you little love guilt you into letting them run wild it will cost you lots more money and time. Good luck!
